It said Janus Electric could convert any brand of truck – Volvo, Mack, Kenworth etc – using it side battery and conversion module systems, and said its order book included work for Cement Australia, Qube and Oz Minerals, among other companies.
Janus Electric has been telling its story in the past week, and flagged plans to work towards an initial public offering and ASX listing in late 2023 or early 2024.
Janus Electric was founded by Lex Forsyth and Bevan Dooley and has 48 other shareholders. The founders own about two-thirds of the company, the presentation to potential investors said.
